Please do not bring any food or drink into the shop.

Once you have made your appointment please arrive 5 mins early

Please do not arrive late for your appointment, if you are 10 mins late you may be turned away this is only fair as it impacts on the next customer.

You can reschedule an appointment up to 4 hours beforehand without calling us.
